Crystal Networks is Recruiting a Sales Engineer in Lebanon interested candidate please submit your CV to http://www.crystalnt.com/career Job Description: The work of the Sales Engineer falls under three categories Per-sales, sales and eventually Post-sales. His duties consist of: Understanding customers' business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs; Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications of our products i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed; Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls; Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings; Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of our products; Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events; Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of the systems and networks, both before and after the sale; Meeting sales targets set by the management; Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades; Handling hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues; Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature; Managing his own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals; Liaise with the management and technical team in Beirut on a daily basis. Qualifications : University degree in IT 2 years’ experience in technical sales Industry related certification are a plus i.e. CCNA, MCSE, CSE... Fluent in French and English written and spoken
